Regency Romance Bugfix Update

Hey all, there is a small bugfix update out for Regency Romance now.  It addresses issues with apartment mailboxes, issues with the "Ask to Court" interaction, last exceptions related to estates, and an issue with estate inheritance.  Thank you all for your patience.

You can download version 2.18 here.
