Regency Updated
Hi all - Regency Romance has been updated to fix governesses and last exceptions related to careers. I'm sorry for the delay on this one, it was a bit more complicated to fix than I initially thought.

hello! Im about to download the romance mod- I saw a comment asking about its compatability with the royalty mod (too broke to buy the ea pack..) I was wondering if thats compatable or currently broken when both working together.
Are your other mods okay to use for the May update?

Have you seen the Bridgerton updates? By the way, I have not seen that show. I'm a Jane Austen fan. ;) But will the new version conflict with Regency Romance? Thank you for all that you do!!

Is there a way to remove the class system? I don’t want wealth determined by lot value.
Same here, I love this mod but if I remember correctly social classes used to be determined either by household cash, or lot value, or both, and you could choose which one you wanted. Unfortunately I can't see this option any more and my working class sims always get the "rich" trait even if their cash matches the working class trait because their lot value is too high (and I don't want to change the house). Even if I try to cheat the correct trait, it always reverts to "rich"... I would love for @JaneSimsten to add these options back, that way we could still play with social classes ;)
Is Soulmates going to be updated or is it not needed?
the governess won't ever leave :(( I keep firing her but she just keeps coming up and charging me, please update, my family became poor, but she insists on coming back :( like girl, read the room, they barely afford food, but she just keeps coming back

Hi, I love Regency Romance so much! I've got a question about making a gentleman's/ladies' club. Is there a way to get workers on the lot? I think it's preventing sims I assign as bartenders etc from spawning as they don't meet the wealth requirements. Thank you 😊
Idk if youre updating the Dragon Mod at all but since the newest patch it completely messes up my ui no matter if i had other mods or not. Id appreciate any news I loved it!
me and a couple of other people are submitting it to Mod revivor. The Drago mod has been broken for a very long time, and i dont think Janesisten is going to be updating it any time soon
Hii thank you! There's a problem i discovered. Hire a governes is now in the hire a service menu. When I wanted to cancel it it shows as "cancel the maid service"(bcs when I clicked it it shows governes is cancelled) also I cancelled few times but they keep coming back the other days.
It might be related to a vanilla bug. I was playing without this mod and tried to cancel a maid service, but no matter how many times I tried, the maid kept coming back. I had to restart my game.
