Update to VDC Bumpy Tunes (A90 / A70 / RX-8)

I completely reworked these ones, by far the hardest to find the perfect balance between grip and suspension flexibility, as you want to be as gripped as possible, but also you don't want the bumps and kerbs or any elevation to upset the car and hinder your control over it.

I've finally got them into a great shape and this formula same as the smooth one will now transition into all new tunes.

- Dampers have been completely adjusted with small alignment changes, I pushed it close to the edge, squeezing maximum grip, but also making sure there is enough flex through the suspension to compress and absorb the energy of the kerbs and bumps, while still packing the grip to keep you going with big angle and speed.

- Stability is greatly improved, especially under full throttle and on the start the car doesn't really budge at all you can floor it from the get go and it will grip up and launch fast.
