We got carried away by different countries of the world and their national cuisine, and started with the most "culinary" countries. Soon you will see the national dishes of France😜
But we were wondering which country most of our subscribers are from?

Australian born and breed would love it if you could make a pavlova, lamingtons and prawn dishes (shrimp) to everyone else. But most of the dishes my family have had over the years are heavily influenced by Cornish, Welsh, Scottish, Irish and British foods. With a little bit of German and Chinese as well.

Mixture of German, French, Italian and Spanish ancestors here. Four generations grew up in Algeria so there is influence in our family food there too - arabic cuisine is very flavourful and one recipe will vary from county to family - thinking of Couscous and Tabouleh.
