In the game, all the food is literally "stuffed" with calories and there is no basic metabolism, which means your sims are doomed to gain weight even from vegetable salad!
The only way to lose weight is to exercise.
Agree that it would be much more interesting to "put on a diet" your Sim?)

What will be included in the mod:

- 19 different mega-healthy dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner
- 5 types of smoothies from berries and fruits for a snack
- All food has a negative calorie content and develops a healthy lifestyle
- A specially designed system of 7 ready-made meal kits for every day of the week
- You can choose your own diets for vegetarians or sims with lactose intolerance, thanks to convenient sorting in the order menu and an expanded description of each dish

May the healthy foods be an option at restaurants as well?
The food is in special branded boxes - this is exactly the option for delivery. Perhaps in the future we will make healthy food options for the restaurant too

When my sims gain weight, I put them on a raw fruit and veggie "diet" for a week. So they're not allowed anything else except that and water, and a bunch of exercise everyday. But the raw harvestables does not fill them for long, they get hungry super quickly. So this creation of yours, will be an amazing fit into the game, and it looks super stunning. Very beautiful and useful. ♥♥♥♥

That is a great idea, thank you. Considering the no metabolism in the game itself, roBurky has a fitness mod that introduces more natural metabolism (or excessive one if you so wish) that makes the gameplay more natural and gives more difference to the healthy-unhealthy lifestyle. This will work great in combination 😊
