Surge Mode (Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot)

This is Surge Mode from Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot. A transformation that releases all the ki in your body. It drains ki quite fast. But you can use it as long as you have any amount of ki! Huge thanks to Kristal for the Legends animations!
