Seasonal vegetables planted, just in time for winter!!!

After days of labour getting the bottom area hoed into beautiful big beds of soil, loaded up with cow poo, bamboo mulch and the goodness of pachamama…the rows were ready to be planted out just in time for winter!

With a new found determination and drive to grow my own food entirely, I have now planted out so many root vegetable crops, fresh greens, peas, herbs, potatoes, garlic, fenugreek…all our grain crops have been sewn and striving towards the suns light! I am so please and grateful to have the opportunity to grow food…

Beetroots, cabbages, radishes, onions, kale, carrots just to name a few for this season…such an honour to be entwined with the seasons and cycles and grow as such…
