Dev Update! 6/3/24
Hey hey, friends! Hope you're all doing well this week! First things first: Friends Indeed v0.60c is now available to the public. You can find it here. If you've already played 60a/60b, you really don't need to re-download this one. I just fixed a couple of typos, missing character icons, etc. For everyone else: enjoy!
I'm currently working on rendering Chapter 10, and just put out a little teaser demo of the next chapter's opening, in this Sneak Peek post. It's very short, only 20~ images or so, but it'll give folks a little idea of how the next chapter starts.
While I work on Chapter 10, I've been bouncing back to Chapter 9 to add some content to Risa's ero scenes. I'm just writing it for now, so I'm not sure when that content will be done. But, I'll try to put it out as DLC before Chapter 10 lands. No promises though, as my main focus remains on pushing the story forward, and completing the next chapter. Still, it's nice to have something simple to work on, when I'm feeling a bit stymied in my current work.
Honestly, there's not much to report for the moment! I'm mostly just trying to get back into work-mode post Chapter 9 release. Chapter releases are always followed by a period of busywork - squashing bugs, fixing images, collecting feedback, etc. After that, it can be hard to get back to the grind of actually making stuff. :'D
But, I'm going to keep at it. Chapter 10 will, blissfully, be a little more straightforward than the last one. Mason > Viola > Gabby/Madison. I'm just going to keep repeating those four names like a mantra, so I'm not compelled to add any extra, unplanned plotlines. Like the Pepper scene in Chapter 9, which took up way more of my energy/time than I expected..
Mason, Viola, Gabby, Madison.. Mason, Viola, Gabby, Madison.. ;D

When will update come to android/ios? And was the pepper scene in the diner changed ?
Android's been added to the pinned post. The Mac build has been available since the beginning. As for the Pepper scene, no changes have been made. But, you may have played Friends in Need, which has different content. I only distribute that game on my SubscribeStar page, due to Patreon's terms of service. :)

So ive looked at your game off and on. Was interested in joining up, but i recently looked at the update and you really need to fix the drug den stuff. A MC that is not a creep, that helps everyone would not take a friend into a drug den they would take them to a rehab and pay for it. That should have been an option. But since you made the mc enter a drug den with no choice i decided to not help and to stop playing. That action made zero sense on a mr good guy pt.

Thank you! Fortunately, the weather here in the States has been fairly temperate, by our standards. But — hydration is important! I’m planning to travel to Tbilisi, Georgia in the next few months, and I’m sure I’ll be sweating my ass off. 😅
