Good chapter. I enjoyed it, but I’m honestly looking forward to seeing Asuna with other men in the main story. I never really saw Klein as a main romance-type character. What originally made me like Klein in this story was that he felt like the perfect NTR character. He was kind of a joke character, he’s seven years older than Asuna, and he had basically no history with her. That unexpected dynamic was the charm for me. Now, though, I feel like some of that charm is gone. Klein’s development seems like it’s slowly turning him into another version of Kirito—someone Asuna could actually want a wholesome relationship with. But I always thought the differences between Kirito and Klein were what made this story interesting, besides the whole Willy thing lol. Even Klein and Asuna’s relationship mainly happened because of Yui. Once Yui’s bug is fixed, I could see her eventually going back to seeing Kirito as her father, like you showed before. Personally, I don’t see a few months of Klein being Yui’s father replacing the years of history she has with Kirito. At this point, though, the main reason I keep coming back and reading is Asuna herself. Especially now that you’ve shown she has a naughty and unexpected side to her that we didn’t really see before. That makes me much more interested in seeing how she develops with the other men already introduced, as well as new men who haven’t been written into the story yet. I understand you can’t just completely kick Klein to the side because he helped start the series, but I’m definitely looking forward to seeing the story branch out more beyond him. That’s just my opinion though.
In my opinion i don't see that kind of development possible in the main story otherwise the story until this point doesn't make any sense, the main plot has to be between asuna and klein and as he already said a lot of time doesn't mean that there aren't gonna be some teasing moment with other man like in these last chapters, also I think that for that kind of story is better to have the side stories like banquet or the beach one, in this way the story can be focused on them and not in the entire plot of the main story who is huge since is like 80+ chapters, so in this way everyone is happy, who wants to see them grow as a couple and who wants to see her with other man I also think that he's made a great work with the development of klein, since in the original series I agree that between them there weren't nothing in terms of relationships, but he was able to give him a great personality and create an amazing story that's why I prefer the main story but I repeat this is my opinion
