How about a manhwa?
Sensomyelitis (Myelitis meaning an inflammation of the spine, commonly leading to nerve damage.) I鈥檇 imagine based on this name that this disease spreads quickly and is severe enough to always require the amputation of the affected limbs to alleviate the nerve damage. Otherwise, the patient is in near-constant, debilitating pain.
