Adepticon 2024: Photo Recap

It came and went like a whirlwind, as usual! I'm back in the studio and wanted to upload all my pics for everyone here to give you an idea of the experience.

I was lucky to attend the event with my friend Devan (Ulfhrim) and it was extra special because it was his first time at Adepticon. I know that feeling as last year was my first time. We had a blast together.

This was my first year teaching at Adepticon and wow what a great experience. To all the students, thank you so much for attending. I had an absolute blast teaching and hanging out with you guys. You all did amazing and I hope you keep in touch!

The staff was incredible starting from the e-mail exchange to set up the classes through the event and after. It's a well-oiled machine and I was honored to be a part of it.

I want to stress that the photos you see here are but a fraction of the experience! I regret not getting a picture with so many new and old friends that I met up with but in the end, the memory remains :)

Congratulations to my friend Jonathan who got best painted army AGAIN with his mighty space wolf army, how cool is that?!

I'm also extremely excited for my friend Alex winning the Slayer Sword! I had seen photos of the piece but wow in person I cannot express how wonderful it was to behold. Truly a work of art and wonderfully executed.

It was also so nice to sit and chat with my friend Simone (Taevannya) almost all of Saturday! One of those things where you just have so much to say and when it's over you wish there was more time. Your sculpting has come so far so fast and I cannot wait to see where you take it!

So many highlights and I can soundly say that from start to finish it was an incredible event and I'll be back again next year with another set of classes!
