Stream Tier Adjustments

Hey again! Because of the new Level Up system I put in place (https://www.patreon.com/posts/11704233), the Stream Tier (and above) will have three minor changes:

• Stream Tier members will now have access to special Twitch chat and Pengi RPG commands! You may use the "!shout" command to display a message up on the screen! In future Pengi RPG updates, you'll also be able to use in-stream points to affect Pengi's cosmetics. More info in future Pengi RPG patch notes.

• The monthly sketch request has been converted into the Level Up rewards. Since no one was claiming their request for the past few months, I changed this feature so that it would have more impact when you earn it. Because of this change, you're eligible to earn even better rewards with the new Level Up system!

• Unique name color in video credits has been changed to your current level's color. On the plus side, now the sidebar marquees also have your level color! This will keep everyone organized for your leveling up adventures!

Thanks for your continued support! I hope everyone is cool with these changes!
