What settings do you use for lg c4? Also, do you have tv calibration for this model?

Hello I have a couple questions, I’m trying to find where you explain why you prefer YCbCr 444 limited over RGB full. I tried rgb lately and it feels a bit better, was wondering what’s the logic behind your choice? In the same way why choose motion blur on? If you notice while moving on vehicles with 3rd person view it adds some weird glitches at the edges of vehicles, you can see it on the video when travelling with the bike, it’s even more obvious on day light. A little tip rtss overlay through afterburner exceeds tv’s max nits, I had lilium’s hdr analysis tool through reshade on while trying some settings, and I noticed the tool indicates max of 10000 nits when the overlay is showing vs 1500 nits with the overlay off ( LG G3). It feels like a perfect recipe for oled burn in. I looked online and there is a setting to add to rtss: go to rtss folder in program files (x86), then ProfileTemplates and you find a file named Global, through a text editor you go to [RendererDirect3D11] and you add the line « HDR = 2 » The overlay will start showing in the same colours as in sdr, and lilium analysis tool will show the proper nits for the tv

Because all LG OLEDs (and most TVs in general) are pre-calibrated from the factory using 4:4:4 (which is only Limited) and not RGB Full (which is mainly used for PC monitors precalibration instead). If you try to still use RGB Full you'll get a bit more oversaturated colors and won't be as accurate. A bit of motion blur helps blending both frames and (more important) objects' motion in a less juddering, more natural way (in the video I have motion blur set to Low to not overexaggerating it) The faint trail you see is mostly caused by DLSS Frame Generation (2x) and not motion blur per se, but it's still worth it as it literally almost doubles the fluidity of the motion/fps while still having pretty reasonable input latency thanks to Reflex Thanks for the RTSS tip! :) But usually I only use the overlay for brief periods of time (just for initial benchmarking and these types of video) but then I always keep it off for mid to long gaming sessions. Thanks anyway!
