No Second January Tutorial

There won't be a second tutorial this January. Also, I no longer strictly aim at releasing two per month, though the average may well stay that way. I'll simply publish them when they're done and won't pay attention to the calendar. The underlying reasons contain a mix of a little sorrow and a lot of joy, but I won't provide any more details at this time.
