FXAA
My latest advanced rendering tutorial goes through how FXAA works. It isn't just a bad filter that tuns images into a blurry mess. At least, not if you configure it well. You'll find that there are more options than just on-off.

// 0.333 - too little (faster) // 0.250 - low quality // 0.166 - default // 0.125 - high quality // 0.063 - overkill (slower) Are these numbers empirical? Or can it be calculated?
Empirical, as far as I know. I've seen no analysis of contrast perception relative to local brightness.
Small request - could you create new tutorials in Git repos containing a full Unity project, with each step as a separate commit (or several)? When going over the tutorials sometimes I reach points in which I'm just stuck, some things don't work, and it's quite hard to go over the instructions from the beginning and understanding where I went wrong. Importing the package helps to find code mistakes, but issues with creating the unity project are hard to catch without a full reference.
Step-by-step repos are unmaintainable, I can't do that. You can import packages and compare the projects. Best is to pay close attention, it prevents the need to backtrack!
just talked about it with a friend and said hopefully sb writes a bit more about this topic, nice timing:)! thank you~~
You're welcome.
