Titanium Tower (I Built 3 apartments)

To get ready for the new pack, I´ve decided to build Apartments For Rent (with functional elevators).  The ground floor and the first floor are fully furnished. On the ground floor you will have a Gym, with functional machines, a playground (with functional toys) for the little ones and a pool.

The first floor: a perfect place for 3 families.

• First apartment is perfect for a couple with 2 children;

• Second apartment is for single woman;

• Third apartment is good for a big family with at least 3 kids: a teen boy (gamer), a child (girl) and an infant or toddler.

The other floors are unfurnished.

HOW TO INSTALL CC AND LOTS?

1. Download the lot (link below).

2. Unzip the download, if it’s a .rar or .zip file (you will see a folder called Mods and some other files).

3. Move the files located inside the mods (format .package),  to the mods folder of your game. This will typically be in folder in “[DRIVE LETTER]:\Users\[USER NAME]\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods.” (Replace your own Windows user name and the letter for your hard drive. ) If the “Mods” folder doesn’t exist, you can make your own, as long as it’s in the same location. Move the other files (that can be in the following  formats .blueprint, .bpi, .trayitem, .room and .householdbinary.) to the Folder Tray “[DRIVE LETTER]:\Users\[USER NAME]\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray.”
