They could do bed and breakfast
Wow, I really love your idea! Unfortunately, I don't have enough space for that in this house. But who knows? A Bed & Breakfast build might make an appearance in a future project! 😉
drug dispensary or clothing boutique...as a front for the drug business lol
They can own their own small bank or loan office. Maybe a tax preparer or a vet clinic, a small practice ( medical, law, or real estate) of some sort.
