1.5 Update :
Hey everyone, Hope you all are doing great. I've got a new update for the Kiss and Grind mod, a slow-dance Animation.
I hope you will enjoy it as much as I did 🤗
This one was on my to-do list from a long time ago, I thought that it would be a great addition to The Kiss-n-Grind mod,
I had a lot of fun while I was making it, and yeah I went a little bit overboard with it, but I think the final result was worth it.
As with all my animations, I always tend to try to add some uniqueness to them. To keep them more eventful and have some kind of story to tell,
By doing that I think the animation ended up being more intimate and a little bit more playful. it definitely ended up being more fun to make and I think also to play with
Also, I want to mention that the animation is a little bit long, Roughly around three Kiss-n-Gring Animations Combined
For all the people who saw the Sketches for this one, I did manage to animate all the key poses that I have drawn for it
New interaction Intimate Slowdance with its own emotions/buffs,
A new pie menu will appear in the Romance category under the name Kiss and Grind, all the new interactions will appear on it:
The interaction won't appear if your sim hasn't had their first kiss yet, or the level of romance is too low
Features Of the Mods:
New highly detailed animation
Sounds events for the full animation
A Dance/romance Interaction
A new icon that will suit the new animation
The interaction has its own buff's
All the icons used are custom-made by me, I did put extra time into them to be more visually pleasing and match their original content

Known Bugs
everything seems to be working well so far. I didn't have come across any bugs, but please do report any you may encounter.
This mod is BG-compatible.
The mod will be enhanced further in the future, with New Gifts and Animations!!!
A lot of you have asked about making it autonomous, I am looking more into it, I didn't find enough time to fully experiment with it, so for now The interactions shouldn't be played autonomously,
Better to wait until the animation is finished and the queue is clear before playing another one.
Requirement :
This mod needs the XML injector by Scumbumbo. You can download it here: https://scumbumbomods.com/xml-injector
How to install :
Just put both my mod and the XML injector script into your Sims 4 Mods folder.
Delete The older version, leave just the Updated one

Can you please update this mod along with passionate gifts, and wave and grind for the July 2026 patch. They are not working. There is no conflict with any other mods, I have checked all cc/mods thoroughly but I get a black screen when loading the game. I really love these mods and the work you put in to create them, and I would like to continue to use them in my game.
i absolutely love this mod it adds realism to my sims game and i use it in multiple saves as a must have , but i have a question for some reason my sims every chance they start to dance intimately it could be a thunder storm and they are in their own world together while romantic they do it constantly i wanted to know if maybe this is a me issue because i do have lots of mods but the dance ones i have are yours and ballroom dance mod i have the updated versions of both but i wanted to see i am alone in this glitch?
I also have this happening. They will even stop in the middle of commands to go dance. It is constant.

hey, excuse me, i hate to be a bother, but this mod and the wave and grind mod aren't working with the new sims update. I have the XML injector and my sims have had their first kiss, romance level and friendship level are at max. The pool table works just fine, even without the XML injector. There was a post you said to download the lotlibrary1 but I have that downloaded too. Is this something you are able to fix easily, or is it gonna take a while? (I don't mind waiting. I'm very patient.) thanks. :)
Hey! You're absolutely not a bother, I really appreciate you taking the time to explain everything so clearly. First of all, make sure you have the latest update of the mod installed, and that you only have one version of it in your Mods folder. Having more than one can cause issues.
I think this mod stopped working with the most recent Sims 4 update.

Could this be made autonomous if at a night club
the same thing is happening to me I followed the downloading instructions but I only have two animation showing up
Hi, is it still not showing? I think if some interactions are missing it will be because of an older version overriding the newer ones, You should only have the last version, in your mod folder
for some reason none of the animations will show up it only has two options for me even with full romance bar :(

Small question, is there a way to make it so that even if the female sim initiates the interaction the male is always the lead? As I only ever play female sims and when my sim initiates with this mod, she usually winds up taking the male role.
Is there a way to pick which partner you are in the animation? I hate that my female sim is always taking the “lead” in all these animations… because my male sim isn’t in the household
i know i'm late, but I have the opposite. The male is always in the "lead" and I want to reverse it.
