Update on the Halloween Perk

Hey Y'all

So there was an issue with the Halloween perk. Apparently it's saying the offer is sold out already, which is not true. Some folks have tried to upgrade to that perk but haven't been able to so I had to make some changes. Now the offer, to get the halloween postcard and goodies has been lowered to $15 and access should be less limited so more of you can do it if you'd like. Sorry for the confusion!
