Hello everyone,
So I saw the new Halloween movie and I had a whole bunch of thoughts so here they are -- in VIDEO FORM! I'm excited that I have a video to show you given it's been nearly a month due to work on the documentary and the book, both of which are going great and I can't wait to show you. We have two more shoot days on the doc and then it's all editing. It's gonna be a feature, there's no doubt in my mind, which will be the longest thing I've ever made but damn is it gonna be awesome, I think. I can't wait to show you all, I'm literally shaking with excitement about it right now. It's like keeping an amazing secret.

Ugh, I love this video, you put things so succinctly and the whole Michael thing is really cute, I wonder what him and Remi would talk about? I saw this movie yesterday at 2pm on my own lol, the theatre was so quiet. I had some of the same thoughts as you, but I was thinking about generational trauma (passing bits of your trauma onto your children and all that) and how it's the women that survive and are the strong ones in this movie. But also, like surviving trauma is a constant battle and really felt that was well shown in how Michael just gets back up no matter what. Anyways, the video's great!
