My Hereditary Hot Take | Patreon Early Access
Hey all, so in addition to the IT video I also made this, just to kinda capture my thoughts on Hereditary and mostly what I feel it's about. Or maybe I'm totally wrong and this was just kind fun, I don't know. I guess we'll just have to see how many people I convince or something.
Anyways, I also shot a new show called 'really cool movies' with Skellyfish last night and am going to be editing that over the course of the next weeks. It's really pretty fun and funny so I'm hoping that is something you're all going to look forward to and enjoy when completed.

I like this hot take. Plus my stepdad's reaction when I came out was that I was "mutilating my body", so I can totally see that metaphor. Hooray?
I agree with this take, Nyx. Moreover, if you look up the actual demon "Paimon," on which I believe this is based, it is specifically referred to as having a woman's face, but being referred to using only masculine pronouns. I.e., a masculine spirit placed inside a superficially feminine exterior. Couple that with "Charlie," again a typically masculine name on a little girl, and it certainly hints at that interpretation.

Firstly, I wish I was at least half as eloquent as you are when filming without a script. This is a great take and some much needed fresh analysis. Secondly, that Goosebumps shirt is cute and hella awesome. Thirdly, I was not ready for the jump scare in the middle of the video and twist ending!
I think this is a really good take. Definitely opened my eyes on the movie more! Your reveal of the take is really good too, you waited your time to make that "switch" and reveal your theory just like the film lol. Dysphoria: *clucks*
