The Disaster Artist & Cinematic Subconscious
Heya friends, new video over the Disaster Artist. A bit late because I wanted to see it again and give it some more thought, and now that I've done that, I have a couple weird thoughts about it.
Also, it's worth noting that I have a crude album of music available right now on my Bandcamp. I've been working on it for a couple months in my spare time, for the heck of it and it's weird and crappy and you'll hate it. If you send me a message on Discord, I can give you a free download link if you are a Patreon supporter. Listen here: http://www.nyxfears.bandcamp.com
Thanks!

Franco said he chose his brother for the role because he felt there would be an instant connection and because he felt safe throwing all this attention at him.
Well, yes. I thought it was SUPER STRANGE that Franco chose his brother to play Greg, since in the book, it was super-duper obvious that Tommy was 100% in love with Greg, and jealous of anyone who took Greg away from him, including a career.
Agreed. That thing becomes super clear in the book. Someone about actually watching people go through the story makes it oddly clear and uncomfortable but I think it helped me make a lot of sense of the thing, but just seeing it.
Thank you for this!
