To anyone worried about scams, Gofundme has a vetting process to verify families, and this family was found through Operation Olive Branch, which also does their own vetting. So this fundraiser is double verified. The fund's beneficiary is Reem's spouse, Wasim. If you have any more questions, check out the FAQ here: https://linktr.ee/OPOLIVEBRANCH

My feelings on this conflict are probably different and more complicated than most here. I lost three friends on October 7th and have a personal connection to someone still being held hostage. It's been a constant struggle for the past few months. During that time, your videos have helped me sleep and relax. I also admire you making such a bold, compassionate statement and stand during a time when the lines are so drawn. As someone who believes in peace and prays for an end to all this, I donated and I hope this family is able to reach safety.
Sorry i was offline yesterday and didn't see this until now. Mashed the donate button.
thank you for using your platform this way <3

Thanks for sharing this! Donated €5 as I’m a little broke atm, but shared it with my family! I hope they’re able to raise the funds needed, no one deserves to live in fear.
