Hazelnut Latte v0.16.1.0 Progress Report 1

Greetings everyone! I know we are all waiting for the release of v0.16.0, but first, let's look ahead to the update coming in October: v0.16.1!

Scene Compiling and Scripting aren't done yet, since we are currently working on v0.16.0. We also don't have any features planned right now. Once we are fully done with the gallery, we can take a breath and then figure out the next Feature we want to focus on.

Lewd animations aren't done yet, but they are in progress! While this says 2 animations, it is one big scene; we just consider every new "camera angle" to be a new animation. Each new angle requires rigging the scene.

Both of the character sprites needed for v0.16.1 are done! This includes a new look for Jamie and a main love interest. We have a new sprite animation technique we are using for the character, and we hope to use it for everyone. In the coming weeks, we will show this off and get your feedback.

All CGs and BGs are done! Kokman is now working on character sprites for v0.16.2, and Pamika is working on a new location for v0.16.2.

We have half of the music needed for this update in its demo stage. Both tracks already sound incredible! We are just waiting on the last two tracks.

We just finished working on the script for v0.16.0, so we haven't jumped to v0.16.1 yet, but this is our new focus.

Totals are looking fine! The only change is in the sprites. We have a voice actor lined up to play a new character who shows up later in the episode.

And that is it! We are hard at work getting v0.16.0 ready for release tomorrow! Expect another post later today with the Changelog for v0.16.0.
