Hazelnut Latte v0.15.1 Progress Report 3/3/26
Heya everyone, and welcome to a new Progress Report! As you can see, it's uh, a bit empty. That's because we are about to start our next month of development! So let's get into what we want to get done this month.
Coding
We've gotten some feedback from players who have played the v0.15 Alpha, so here is what we are aiming to implement in v0.15.1.

Getting the build into your hands was a huge help, as you were able to identify areas of opportunity and what we need to work on. Everyone is obviously very used to how Ren'Py handles visual novels and those features we need to recreate in Unity.
Some stuff is easier than others, and the one we really need to research is rollback. It's not as easy as it was in Ren'Py, especially with the characters doing animations that we script. So, no rollback for a while, but we want to make the History Log easier to access so you can reread dialogue you may have missed.
We also want to add a Gallery, but it probably won't have the snazzy menu design like everything else just yet. At first, it may be more function over style.
Animations
We are going to prioritize special moments we didn't get a chance to animate during the Galli section of the Episode. So we have three moments we need to animate, and a fourth we want to touch up. Koth can roughly get one animation done a week, so we are going to use this time to get the Galli up to snuff and fully realized. If we finish those, we'll start animating the scenes past the Galli.
Art
We just need to draw one asset, the new player phone! Other than that, Kokman is drawing v0.16 lewds, and Kikii is drawing the end of v0.15 backgrounds.
Writing
I plan to add some small scenes to this update, with one being sort of lewd but not an animated lewd scene.
Oh, also, GREG RETURNS! (and Dave, I guess if you care about that kinda thing)
But it won't be big, around 2k words, I just need to go over it again with another draft.
I also hope that with the new build released and me being moved, I can get back to writing Episode 2 stuff! I don't want the team catching up with me and having a GRRM problem.

So he can answer and respond to technical questions and feedback. So I don't have to screenshot it, send it to him, and then he asks me to ask you to write out how you got a bug.

Wrap Up
That's kinda it? We are coming off a build and had a big two-hour meeting this morning to plan the next one. Now we just gotta get on it!
