Hello everyone,
A bit of a sad post today! Someone has kindly brought to my attention that another creator, @jellypaws / melunn, has been taking my tuning and using it directly for their own paid content.
I went to check, and sadly they are right. In 15 different package files, as part of the "Little Ladle" series, they have directly copied my recipe tuning... and even forgot to replace the line where it has my name in their file! 🤦♀️
I put a lot of love, effort and time into my work and I find this really not okay.
I have contacted the creator and asked them to please remove any of the content that is based on mine. I also humbly ask you to please share this post/info, and to please not support creators that do things like this. 😞

If people want to use things why the heck can't they just ask?? like the sims 4 community is wayyy to big to think people aren't paying attention! thank you to those people. So not OK!
I can't stand JP at all! She was rude to me aswell because I rightfully accused her of using AI in her stuff, I'm so sorry this has happened to you Tiana, She needs taking down a peg or two and paywalling aswell...well what does that tell you about her.
I just recently made a post that's about this creator. She has been doing stuff like this for a long time. I have her blocked. Just a reminder: just because she apologized to you does not mean she will not go and do this to someone else. Remain wary, sweeet one! Also, this is unfortunately how I've found you for the first time, but you really do have wonderful things that are full of love and intention. You are seen <3 I will be adding you to my recommended mod links on my discord, and will eventually be doing a creator spotlight on your foods here on Patreon (only with your consent) where I would showcase some of my favourite recipes, and really highlight the plus sides of using your food mod alongside Maxis creations, and how well it sits on the table with LBB & Icemunmun (you are all 3 my favourite food artists). Wow, I saw her being talked on on twitter for stealing panda samas code too, and then she dropped a mod thats very similar to her pregnacy mod but not as intricate i was like hmmm thats suspicious. I stopped following her for content though because she was always in some financial issues and it started to make me suspicious

i started to type all of this on your recipe box add-on post, but thought this might be a better place...so i was reading your post about JellyPaws and first, let me just say that if someone is actually ripping off your coding and tuning and genuine hard work, THAT IS NOT OKAY, IT'S HORRIBLE BEHAVIOR!!.... But i really have to ask how you felt about making that recipe add on box, almost identical to LBB's add-on box? and how do you feel about the previews you make for all of your posts? if you quickly glance at a post of a recipe from you and from LBB, you can't tell who is who..the font, the cutesy pictures and fonts, the colors of the backgrounds, the cutesy props used in each preview photo, etc....would you consider that just as egregious as Jellypaws ripping off your tuning? or is using your tuning a bigger offense? and this is a real question, i am not trolling or trying to be mean, BECAUSE I HAVE ALL OF YOUR CONTENT, LOVE!! but you can't deny how eerily similar most, if not all, of your content is to LBB. now, i never would've said anything and would have continued going about my merry way, downloading your cc and LBBs, but when i saw your post, i just had to ask..because truthfully, as much as i love your content, I kind of put both issues in the same category. LBB (who totally violates eas TOS when it comes to early access content, btw) has a distinct brand in terms of fonts, vibes, cottage-y type items, lots of wicker and gingham, cutesy pictures and recipes, etc..and when you look at most of your recipes and previews, even your recipe card add-on box, one could say, they are barely indistinguishable..as much as i love your stuff, how do you feel about Jellypaws and their stealing, vs how much all of your content and images and everything is "inspired by" lbb? LOVE YOUR STUFF!!! not trying to be mean, i am just trying to be fair and balanced in this
Hello Jessica, thanks for your comment. My recipe box is actually based on my mum’s, that sits in our family kitchen. 😊It was requested by many patrons. I don’t mind at all if creators are inspired from others work, that’s part of creative sharing, it’s a compliment! But copying tuning directly over line-by-line is what becomes not okay. Sorry that you feel our styles are similar, I consider my work to be my own style for the last 4 years. I live in a small cottage, am obsessed with cute things, occult, I work in food (in real life), that’s just my thing 😊 I also try to make everything maxis match and colourful, because that’s just what I like. I would never want to make content that is not “me” just to try and be different, or be something I am not. Hope that makes sense!

I've heard a lot of comments about the Jellypaw creator recently. I never used their content anyhow but I did I would stop because this isn't okay. I'm sorry about what happened and I will mention it in any groups I happen to be in :-)

That's... impressive, in the worst possible way. I already knew they relied on AI and that their mods/CC were pretty sloppy, but leaving the original creator's name in the files? That's an unbelievable. Didn't think they could sink any lower.
Omg, what?! I honestly didn't think this person could get any worse... Permanent paywalls, AI mods and CC (100% confirmed), and now they're stealing too? How can anyone support this? I genuinely don't understand....

We spread the word and we boycott unti they remove the stolen content. Really awful this has happened to you. They say imitation is the highest form of flattery, but not when the imitator is paywalling.

Be careful with her AI mods, they have broken peoples saves.
Stealing is one of the MANY reasons I don't track them in the mod list. I'm sorry they did this to you too!
The crazy part is I remember when it started with asking money for sick grandmother or mom idk. I don't know if the creator JP was scamming or that's when it started. I was suspicious back then. Sorry your experiencing this.

This is unfortunately the same creator who just got called out for using AI to make fake mods like a wheelchair mod that Sims 4 players have been asking for a very long time, and some weather mod that creates hurricanes. The wheelchair mod has been "in development" for quite some time now, apparently, and people are funding it like crazy because they so badly want this mod. I'm so sorry this is happening to you, Tiana. I hope they do the right thing.

i've had that creator blocked for months now and i'm entirely unsurprised they're too lazy to cover their tracks, seen as how they use gen AI for all of their creations. i'm sorry this is happening to you and your hard work!

I am so sorry, the mods are glitchy as well. We all have known of the issues that modder has had, most everything is ai created by her. I wasn't aware that they were taking tuning from people too!

the funny thing is about that creator they turned off commenting on thier posts and they hide their contents behind paywalls 100% I refuse to download their stuff or buy them! And this is wrong they stole your tunings! At least ask the creator to collab if anything! I can't stand Jellypaws at all!

They used advanced programming optimization techniques, resulting in very high smoothness and compatibility, and many fans are still willing to pay for it. I tested many older mods from various authors, and many caused game lag. However, they should definitely credit other authors instead of directly modifying existing mods.

Oh that’s whack as hell. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, it’s really not OK. Definitely hope jellypaws is able to see the error of their ways, apologize & stop stealing from other creators. This leaves such a bad taste in my mouth about their content.
