Update
Hello everyone,
There is a biggg update today. If you haven’t already updated, I would recommend playing offline and not updating your game for a bit longer as there has been a bit of a “blooper” where mods and CC cannot be read by the game! 🙈
Please wait until the Sims 4 Team and EA fix this issue 🤞

Hello everyone! There are varied reports of the "hot fix" fixing the issue that came with the last patch.
I would love to hear if you are now successfully able to play with my mod (and other mods), or if you are still unable to load the cookbook. Please let me know in the comments 💛

I cant use the cook book because on Xbox
you can't download mods/cc on console only on PC

Mine is working perfectly, so I think they have fixed a lot of the issues that were happening :)
your receipes work just fine for me, thanks for always making such great recipes !!
A few of the recipes came out as something wrong on my end when I used the better exceptions. I didn't try to use it. I always run the BE first.
Everything is working normally here.
It worked for me as well I was able to make the pancakes with bacon just fine
Luckily EA fixed their mistake today, so now we're just waiting to see which mods were actually affected by the intended patch. ;)

how do we play offline? and my game already updated :( can I play offline and still use my mods or did the update ruin it for me?
SOoo..I wouldn't update your game. I just did because it said it was a fix for the custom content issue. I had to uninstall my game because it was going to black screen while loading :(
