Love this fight. Back when this came out. Before rock Lee. Before Kempachi. This was the first time I ever heard of anyone passing out and the body instinct keeps fighting. This fight gave Ippo PTSD. Sendo forever cemented as a total badass.

Sendo, the definition of going beyond his limits 🫡 Ippo, too, but yeah, Sendo continuing to fight after losing consciousness, that gets me every time I watch it. Also, yeah, I definitely feel like Sendo would've won if he just let Ippo fall after that smash landed, but he was feeling to good in that moment
