While you can argue the the reason Momo took so long to give Zou an order was for pacing you could also argue that it makes sense since this kid just had a 1000 year old sentient elephant raid his mind for it to give him it back story and all which would make anyone take a step back to get over the shock 🫨

I mean people do talk about this arc, Zou is part of Whole Cake saga, from now until the current arc One Piece picks up a lot compared to before where it just feels like set-up and now we get the unravelling where some questions are answered while we have many mysteries still and it's not like these answers are minor they're pretty big

Yeah the pacing is horrendous during that momonosuke "order" scene. Michelle's is right, that was on the studio for stretching it out so much lol
