FRUITS BASKET 2x16 REACTION! 👒

Love that Ron doesn't give Akito a pass, because that's how it should be. Nothing, nothing can justify the level of abuse Akito inflicted on all of them.

Lmaooooo comparing AFO to Akito is crazy 🤣🤣🤣

Fruits Basket is actually based on a Japanese kids' game, kind of like musical chairs. SWAGxMAGICIAN already broke down how that connects to the manga, which was a great explanation. But I'd also add that the title fits Tohru too, like, the story is about her finding a place where she belongs.

They talked about Fruits Basket back in season 1 In Season 1 Episode 4, Tohru said her class played a game called Fruits Basket where everyone was given the name of a fruit but she was given the name “Rice Ball” which made her be left out of the game, basically bullying The name is a metaphor for being left out but finding a place to fit in. Like how Kyo is left out of the Soma family traditions but wants to find his place within the family, or how Yuki is the opposite and doesn’t fit in with the family and wants to find his own meaning.
