Also we seen Renji's baboon/snake Zanpakuto spirit in soul society arc so from that point we seen someone else besides Ichigo who has seen their Zanpakuto manifestation

While the zanpacto arc is very good what I think you should have done is do one week with burn the witch and the do a movie each week after that and then 5 weeks is exactly what you have left for cour 4

Bleach has pretty solid filler, if you look at them as standalone side-story of sorts. I also think this is the best Bleach filler imo, so I'm excited to watch this while we wait for cour 4 !!!
