Hi mods, My suggestion is to just skip arcs 233–260. The reason is rather than being considered "anime Canon" which should aim to expand upon & deepen the manga’s story, these episodes are more accurately described as filler. This is because the studio’s sole purpose in creating them was to create a significant gap from the manga’s content

We got introduced to the concept of Samurai in Shippuden during the 5 kage summit arc where Mifune moderated the kage meeting. Manga canon continues at ep 282. If y'all not feeling it feel free to skip lol

The problem with these episodes is that im literally skipping through them. I skipped through all of last weeks episodes after the chunin exams and these episodes, theyre so bad. Its not yal fault the episodes are just so bad with characters that dont matter at all and dont even exist in the manga

As a huge Boruto lover and a lover of the fillers please DON'T watch the pirate arc. Its super long, poorly animated and just boring. There's still really good canon to come, arguably one of the best episodes too

Its best you skip to 249 which is the end of the arc ig (something major happens), then continue from 258. It will be dragging so much until 249 with really slow and unwanted arc with bad animation too until that point.

These characters aren’t even canon to the story and the anime canon content drags on for more than 50 episodes. It also heavily mischaracterizes Kawaki, which is why it gets so much hate I’d advise you to skip them and go back to the manga-canon episodes.

These upcoming episodes 233-257 are even worse than what you guys just watched and probably the worst episodes of the whole show if you don’t want to skip all the fillers at least skip to 258

yeah icl some of the anime canon eps are cool but most of them are just random slop with poor animation. Personally would prefer if you skipped past the ‘insignificant’ episodes but I know you guys want to cover everything so 🤷‍♂️
