the curveball that is kyo's connection to tohru's mom is one of those big plot twist moments haha. I've said before that I haven't read/watched fruits basket in like 15 years so I'm fuzzy on soooo many details. One was not being able to recall the details about the childhood connections between Tohru and Yuki/Kyo. Everything goes so much deeper than expected...
It is pretty weird that both Yuki and Kyo are connected to Tohru from early childhood
