One of the best anime of all time, it's a slow burn, but once you reach a certain episode, you'll be hooked so hard.
Few years ago i had "Tu tu ru!" set as my message sound, it was so cool sonuvabitch XD But people looked weird at me and it was a bit overwhelming at times XD
Bahahah you reminded me that 6-7 years back I had "tuturuu" set as the sound that plays when someone connects to discord channel
GOAT ANIME
I've been loving the mc's humor. I've been watching it dubbed, and I think both the dub and sub va's do a great job of expressing his humor.
As a sub watcher, i like his dub va more over sub
So, I had some info that might be cool to know so things aren't too confusing. The main character, Rintarou Okabe, uses the name "Hououin Kyouma," which is his "alter ego" (It's more of a fictional character he enjoys playing than a real alter ego.) . His "alter ego" is the mad scientist character he plays with his friends. Like when, in the early episodes, he talks to himself on the phone, he's playing his mad scientist role. He looks older than the others, but he's also 18. The microwave that sends text messages is one of their inventions, like the remote-controlled gun, they create some pretty silly gadgets.
I wouldnt really call it an alter-ego bc he's 100% playing into the stereotype intentionally. Its more like when Ron or Michelle think of something devious on stream and start evil-laughing lol
ive never actually heard the sub for this anime and i cant lie its pretty ass
The dub is unusually good for this anime, but the sub is not bad!!!
2:04 they went back in time to a world where the discussion line still existed
haha so good
