The pucci family isn’t black, they’re southern Italians who tend to have tanner complexions. Additionally Pucci’s skin color has been different between manga and anime and official art colored by Araki himself. The safe answer is that Pucci and his family are olive toned particularly the father and Enrico, whilst Perla and Weather along with the mom are lighter complexion. The only reason the KKK was involved was Weathers non-biological mother marrying a black man. So no there’s nothing that ever mentions being black for the Pucci family

I think you guys have to understand that the sister was likely a white passing mixed person. There are those people plus she had the same last name. I think the racist had a particularly problem with a white woman dealing with a black man. That enraged him further. Even recently you had white nationalist Christians debating interracial marriage being a sin on YouTube but not necessarily having a problem with black people. Just black and white for them shouldn't mix

Also you mentioned “does pucci wanna go to heaven to see her sister”. Pucci wants to achieve heaven and by doing that, he will attain true happiness and he tries to do this because of fate. It’s yet to be explained for u guys what “true happiness” is and made sense of why fate would make pucci wanna achieve such a task

Weather Report is one of my favourite side characters in all of JoJo, everything from his design to his stand is chefs kiss. His introduction was so peak with the use of the piano and what makes it better was that it wasn't there just for him to aura farm, it actually had a purpose to draw out the enemy. His backstory is so tragic and one of my favourites too. He's truly the goat.

Ik the mother shouldn’t have forfeit her grief to the other family, but man I do feel bad for her. The baby was all she had and she didn’t seem to come from a good background. Really like the themes of sin and gravity here, few shows can display the idea of fate like jojos can.

My interpretation is that Pucci was speaking the truth, he could have killed Weather at anytime but only took his memory to stop the snail shenanigans and kept him alive. However, when facing near death Pucci had to kill Weather because he thinks his plan of attaining heaven is more important. Also good to note that Pucci said he tries to get everyone to achieve heaven, so it's not a selfish goal he genuinely thinks he will save everyone. As for what reaching heaven means, is still unknown. But basically I think Pucchi has the best argument of being "not pure evil" from all the villains

thats one thing i love about jojo too. there are moments some people would say are plot armor (a lot can be argued its not), but there are also moments that you just KNOW there's no way of getting out of that situation and they are a goner, and Araki does not try and justify it to keep someone around. I appreciate that a lot, especially since i was a huge One Piece fan. that was one of the things that really made me fall off after so many years, people just not dying when they clearly should have.

Totally agree!! This backstory is really bumping up my appreciation for the writing in this Part. Especially coming off the masterpiece of Part 5, this is so well done

Weather and Pucci and their sister reminded me of Shakespeare's Othello(My favorite Shakespeare)! It's when the most pure ppl who fall in love get twisted by someone manipulating from the outside and end up helping create their own tragedy. But the tragedy has its' own beauty and poetic-ness, very sad tho :')
