A poem we got for Gin was "Those who do not know what love is, liken it to beauty. Those who claim to know what love is, liken it to ugliness." this is a strong hint towards his motivations, and expresses his mindset. For love people will do very ugly things, Gin isn't a good guy, he still did horrible things for the sake of getting close to Aizen - We learned from Kubo that Gin's Bankai will regenerate over time, like the poison in a venomous snake - The titles that was used for these Chapters covering this content in the manga are called "Deicide", which is the act of killing a god. (This also goes for the following episodes)

Gin is the best. While everyone else was rushing to their deaths, he waited, observed, planned, and played the long game in order to get the upper hand on Aizen, and honestly if it wasn't for the hogyoku, Gin actually outsmarted Aizen. It's always pointed out how smart Aizen, Urahara and Mayuri is but I feel like Gin is just as smart as them. Just not on a science level.

I can't remember what chapter of the manga this was in but in the back story of Aizen experimenting on soul reapers souls and hollows. He used part of Rangiku's soul in part of the experiments which is why Gin has planned to kill Aizen for messing with his girl from back in the day. This is from what I remember from reading the manga 10 plus years ago.

That’s why Gin looked so worried when Aizen emerged having fused with the Hyogoku without telling him. Cause he hadn’t come up with a plan to kill him in that form

Gin's betrayal was one of the craziest plot twists. Crazy how back in soul society arc it seemed like Gin was the bad guy and Aizen was the good guy, before of course their defection. This really made his character goated. To be clear Gin didn't want the hogyoku for himself to be more evil than Aizen Basically yall's prediction reaction 292/293 time stamp: 39:02. Good job

I’ll explain here what Aizen stole from Rangiku becouse it is not mentioned in the anime or manga. The red part is a nail of the Soul King and Aizen needed the fragment for his experiments. Because Rangiku lost it, she feels incomplete. Some people speculate that this is why she can’t achieve Bankai. Others believe that her Zanpakutō was originally a fire type, and that it turns to dust because she lost part of her soul and can’t use her full power/potential. (This, however, has not been confirmed by the author).

Kinda like Orochimaru, gin is a snake that lives for what he wants. He also help Gotei 13 as a captain cause it helps him work for Aizen to work his goal

IMO Aizen didnt think of any defense. He is a god, he doesnt to defend. Urahara said himself couple of episodes ago Aizen doesnt care to even put up a guard, signifying he believes himself a god.

If it wasn't for the Hogyoku, Gin would've definitely killed Aizen there - but then again if Aizen didn't have the Hogyoku I doubt he would let down his guard considering he knew that Gin was trying to kill him all this time.

This moment is one of my favorites in the show, Aizen about to tell Gin something (maybe heartfelt) right before getting stabbed in the heart, then Gin tells him that he gets to die with a hole in his heart (literally and metaphorically) and says "isn't that what you wanted?", which basically means you're going to die alone isn't that what you wanted and Aizen probably doesn't know if thats what he wants himself. Just so peak. I do think Aizen was genuinely hurt deep down that Gin betrayed him even though he already knew Gin joined him for that purpose
