Ron really forgot Konan died. She fought Madara (well Obito) in the rain village after leaving the Akatsuki. He killed her and then took Nagato's eyes

We're now at the Kara arc but tbh anime and manga canon for me is interchangeable, what I mean is some anime canon episodes are really good and can be as good, if not better than manga canon. Ofc though shit really takes off when we get to manga canon. At this time Boruto is done. Part 2 is coming but but idk when. Udon, konohamarus friend with the snot bubble has been in a couple episodes of boruto he got a huge glow up ngl he only really got shine in ep 48 and showed off his new jitsu and in and episode during the mitsuki arc in ep 77 he released the genjustu that was put on the guy that got away from Sakura and moegi
This entire story about kara is 63 episodes from these first two all the way till 220 it's technically all one major arc but split into three I count this arc even though it's anime canon it's also my most favorite anime canon arc in the whole show then following this is the mitsuki disappearance arc
After 220 though it's more separate anime canon till 282 but one arc kinda of goes back into this right before 274-281

Just to clarify the first part of the Boruto anime (the show you guys are currently watching) is completed. But it still has to come back and adapt some manga chapters then the timeskip after it, so it’s technically done but not done if that makes sense. Hope this helps.
