I’ve never had it but I have had wd it is hard to breath and your whole body feels like it’s beings crushed so you want to spaz out as your cold sweating for days (no sleep first 2 days) and puking every drop of water you consume. Yeah WDs are a crazy horrible experience. I’m sharing this to let anyone know who might’ve just started doing something. Stop. Even if you’re a few months in stop now if years years of daily use I recommend rehab and you’re going to need to devote sometime every day to meditate. I would recommend reading a book on improving daily life. I’m sure there’s some great books to challenge your perspective on things and on how to self improve share your life or tips on how to be a happier more fulfilled as a person I have. A lot of times people go back to using things because of boredom in their daily life or just can’t feel fulfilled as a person. If you’re struggling, even quit or cut down your alcohol use. Find these ways of self improvement three on the top of my head, exercise, reading meditating. It’s hard for people because you will have to put aside some of your free time to do these things, but I’ve never seen someone whose dove really deep into trying to self improve saying that they regret it. Even a sober person I recommend recommends this advice. I used to live by these words a lot more. I just work so much. It feels like I never have free time, but I really need to start exercising again and blah blah blah. Don’t do drugs kids.

So Michelle, remember Shippo(the little fox demon) from Inuyasha? Even though Shippo is a Fox demon, he uses his fox magic like a Tanuki that can shapeshift and using a leaf on his head to transform into objects. Also in Inuyasha, Miroku's(the perverted monk) friend, Hachiemon who is a Tanuki, also can shapeshift by placing a leaf on top of his head into a yellow cloud with a face and Inuyasha gang would sit on him to travel in certain episodes. So in Japanese mythology, the tanuki (a raccoon dog) is known for its ability to transform, often placing a leaf on its head to turn into other objects or creatures. That magic was what the Wano Kingdom samurai was using to turn stone/leaf to objects.
