Gen Z were little kids when this arc started ronald 😑
Can’t wait til Ron gets flamed on yt for saying they were fighting to become Admiral while being Admirals lmao. He’s so funny without trying
I love all the stupid jokes Ron made during the intro.
Btw Akainu, Aokiji and Kizaru are their Marine code names Akainu’s real name is Sakazuki, Aokiji’s real name is Kuzan and Kizaru’s real name is Borsalino I think it’d probably easier for Ron to pronounce their real names lol
1. Fleet Admiral 2. 3 Admirals 3. Vice Admirals Sengoku was Fleet Admiral and retired after Marineford…he then chose Aokiji to be his successor but the higher ups in the World Government chose Akainu They fought for 10 days and eventually Akainu won and became Fleet Admiral Aokiji didn’t get demoted…he just left the Marines and is doing his own thing now
Invincible and TWD are made by the same people. Also another fun fact, you probably won’t notice it cuz it’s so quick but I remember an episode of TWD where you see graffiti on the wall and it’s of Usopp lol.
Marine ranks recap for Ron : Before timeskip : Sengoku : Fleet Admiral Akainu, Kizaru, Aokiji : Admirals Garp : Vice Admiral (We've met a bunch of other Vice-Admirals, like those who were sent on Enies Lobby after the Buster Call, and those that were on the battlefield at Marineford) Smoker : Captain After timeskip Akainu : Fleet Admiral Kizaru : Admiral Smoker : Vice-Admiral Tashigi : Captain There are of course a few other ranks below Captain and inbetween Captain and Admiral but I only listed the few characters you care about
The talking head is pain voice actor
To Ron’s mention about invincible and the walking dead, Robert Kirkman the creator of the walking dead was also the creator of invincible so he would put easter eggs like that in there, Glenns actor probably got a better chance of voicing Mark from invincible because of his previous work with Robert Kirkman on the walking dead
Stranger Things was in fact inspired by some anime, as confirmed by the Duffer brothers. But not One Piece. Some of their influences were Elfien Lied and Akira. The whole children in a lab trope is much older than One Piece and it's a bit common in anime, linked to Japan's post-WW2 historical trauma.
I might be wrong, but I’m pretty sure leopards are also in the panthera genus, so even though we call big, black cats panthers, you can probably use it as a broad term.
Here's the thing, its not spoiler but this is where all it started. Punk Hazard is like the first milestone for the big Arcs ahead guys. From here its gettinng you guys to the main story of One Piece. GG
Does Usopp’s VA actually put that warble into his high pitch scream (when he sees the bird lady)? If so, that’s insane. I feel like I would blow out my voice box for a week even attempting it.
Just worth noting - the top ranking marine status are in this order; 🥇Fleet admiral 🥈Admiral 🥉Vice Admiral 🏅Rear Admiral Sengoku WAS fleet admiral during the paramount war. Now it is Akainu who is fleet admiral. Kizaru is still an admiral however there are two spots for new admirals since Aokiji left the Navy and Akainu was promoted.
1:22 “sssss fuck “ 😂😂she’s trying soo hard to think of the name
One of Usopp’s earliest stories was that he ate dragon meat - it’s even included in the live action!
Got my hopes up for 6 episodes drop :(
I guess the one who called was a victim of the samurai father that was trying to fins his son. If i have to guess a normal gas-mask bozzo
Remember guys to memorize the admirals code name and their real names. Just a heads up to not get them confused for another person. Sakazuki code name is akainu. Kuzan codename is aokiji. Borsalinos code name is kizaru.
Robert Kirkman wrote both the Invincible and Walking Dead Comics
Sengoku was Fleet Admiral, the other three were Admirals
he did say it was cold on the dragon last episode
Remember guys, the call that the strawhats recieved mentioned that the samurai is killing them and asked for help
so exciteddd!!
Why do y'all keep saying the admirals names wrong? It's pronounced Ow - Key-jee and Ah-Kai-New
The creator of invincible and the walking dead is the same person. They probably added the he toys to the scene as an homage to Robert Kirkman
Kirkman wrote both invincible and the walking dead
Ron these episodes came out in 2012 Oda wasn't calling out gen z 😂😂😂😂😂
Michelle I'm 1000% sure that you will play the guessing game again Can't wait for Michelle to do that laugh more, that's one of my favorite laughs
Samurai reveal!! in terms of a rollercoaster it’s clickety clackety-ing up the ramp for a wild ass ride 🙌🏼🔥
Pink gas guy is here……shirororororororo
Ron, Michelle, This arc is super important to the main story of this anime. Some important things happen this arc so i hope that you guys are LOCKED IN!
My Goat is in this Arc.... showcasing some action
Robert Kirkman wrote both comic books The Walking Dead and Invincible
Ron is cooking
Cooking with poison gas
This arc is a great opening to the New World in my opinion. The mysteries and just the build up to new info is AMAZINGGG😍
They fought for the fleet admiral position previously held by sengoku during marineford. They were both previously admirals along side kizaru. So it goes fleet admiral (akainu now) then regular admiral (now just kizaru from what you guys know so far) then vice admiral for example garp. Any questions on why garp is a vice admiral will get explained later. Also kuzan/aokiji has left the marines so he’s just rogue and going about his own business
Yes exactly, so it goes Fleet admiral at the top (Akainu) only 1 in that position Admiral (kizaru) only 3 in that position Vice admirals (Smoker now since he got promoted) no limit for the rest Rear Admiral Commodore (smoker in marineford) Captain (smoker in alabasta) (now tashigi after the timeskip) The rest is kinda irrelevant lol.
BU
Kuzan left the Marines after losing to Akainu, he didn’t get demoted he packed up and bailed out
honestly if they already forgot this as it was said when they were paying attention too, their a lost cause, got the memory of a fkin goldfish honestly
6 recordings in one sitting.. If you'd do that for a week or two with all shows, you could take many more days off inbetween! :D And even upload during mental health week or have two of them, if you guys are so far ahead with recordings. Would be alot to do in a short period of time. But maybe pay off well for you on the long run. Just a random thought.. Maybe it doesnt make alot of sense to you. :D
Robin lookin so fine
Can I tell u! SHEEESH!
