Wait what happened to the Monday drop? I see this video was uploaded but not the usual ones…what I miss?

So motivating thank you. 🙏🏽 I’ve been struggling to continuing to post my gym videos on tiktok due to a lack of motivation. Been going through some things that have put me in a place where I feel stuck. Your words gave me a bit of a spark. Keep up these videos 🙏🏽

I grew up only 2.5 hours from SF and my university is even closer, yet I've never really explored the city at all. a field trip in elementary school and 1 time down for a symphony. My dad used to work in SF and he grew up in LA and I've lived in CA my whole life and have spent more time in both Hong Kong and tokyo each separately than both SF and LA combined because of family. I really. Im also the same distance to Reno and have only passed through once. This video makes me want to explore SF in the future and get to know california for more than just the mountains, lake Tahoe and old historic towns.

Amazing video Ron, really inspiring I truly believe I can be better! The end had me staring at my reflection on the screen
