Hey friends! I bring you, EVEN MORE sleeping overrides!
Give every Sim a more personal way to sleep! This version replaces the EA sleeping position with ten (10) custom sleep poses and adds a preference system so you can choose how each of your Sims sleeps.

On Back
On Side, Lay On Arm
Arm Hanging Off Bed
Arm Across Face
Arms Up
Restless
Stretched Out
Death
Dozing Off
✨Change The Current Sleep Pose✨
While a Sim is already sleeping:
Click the bed covers.
Select Change Sleep Pose.
Choose the pose you want.
🚨The sim will stay in this pose until they awaken. If preference is still saved, the Sim will continue the saved pose next time they sleep!🚨(changing pose via covers DOES NOT change preference)
✨Save a Sleep Preference✨
Each Sim can have their own preference, so household members don’t need to share the same sleeping style!
Click directly on the Sim.
Select Sleep Preferences.
Choose the sleeping position you want that Sim to use.
The selected pose will play whenever that Sim goes to sleep in a regular bed.
✨Using the Random Option✨
Select Random if you do not want the Sim permanently assigned to one sleeping pose.
When Random is selected, the mod chooses from the ten poses whenever that Sim goes to sleep. This allows the Sim to sleep differently from one night to the next without requiring you to manually select another preference.
Random does not follow an order. Each time a Sim goes to sleep, a pose is selected independently, so the same pose wont show unless it cycles through all the poses first. (Better chances of everyone sleeping to do a different pose)
If you previously assigned a specific preference and want the Sim to start changing poses again, return to Sleep Preference and select Random.

Below, Paris will show you how this works.
When choosing a sleeping position, a notification appears in the upper-right corner of the screen showing which pose was selected for that Sim.
The notification confirms which pose you saved and which animation should be playing when you sim goes to sleep. It's just a reminder —it does not add a moodlet or buff.

Don't know if anyone has already said it but it's not compatible with Vellesa's nap replacement mod, there's no option on either sim or sleeping pie menus and all sims only sleep in one position
Thank you. I had the same problem and it was Vellesa's override. Deleting the bed overrides is enough to resolve it. You can keep the chair and sofa overrides.

I downloaded this a while ago and I just got it to work somewhat. My sims are stuck with sleeping on their stomachs with the arm under the people but I don't have the options to choose a pose or choose a preference. I'm just lost at this point TvT
Quick question, have you tried it with just XML and no mods and cc? You may have something conflicting with it. Could be something not on the list.

Hi, I just want to say, first of all, I love this mod <3. But I came across an issue where if my sims have a sleepover, sleeping bags come out; the sleep option on beds no longer shows. Is there going to be an update in the future to fix that?

I observe extreme FPS drops from 130 down to less than ten while at least one sim is sleeping with random positions selected for all sims. In one case the sim wasnt even in sight and in another the camera was on that room.

I love this mod! I was wondering if anyone else is having an issue I'm having and if it can be fixed. I noticed whenever I have sims who have a romantic relationship try and sleep in the same bed they only have the 'sleep and cuddle' interaction. Is this a feature of the mod? If so can it be changed? I would love for my coupes to be able to change positions while in the same bed as well.

hii so the options for the poses or the preferences both don't show up in my game, it's as if they're not installed. i have them unzipped and in the correct folder with all of my other mods. i do have the bed cuddle mod, would that be a problem? or would that just conflict in game instead of this one simply not showing up?

I've downloaded your other mods before and it went well just as expected, except for this one. I've never seen a warning notification like this pop up on my downloads before and it lowkey jumpscared me a bit. I would like to say this mod has officially replaced bed cuddle! Its amazing and I love, love, LOVE IT! I noticed some people have commented that the mod just isn't working. I encountered this too, it wasn't a conflict, just make sure the files are no less than a folder deep as its a script. I ran into the problem of the sleeping poses changing but unable to change the position and preferences. After making this switch it worked perfectly fine. THANK YOU AGAIN ;3

YES its fine! Good pulls it up as "An uncommon or unfamiliar file" because the script was custom made. It is safe! If you don't trust it, don't download it but I can assure you it's all good!

Your mod is not working in my game and I have checked for any conflicts and it’s still not working - my sims will just sleep in one pose I can’t even click on the blanket to change the sleep pose/or set a sleep pose preference . V1 worked perfectly in my game before. I don’t know what’s going on with this current version.

Your pc is possibly blocking the script download because its an "unfamiliar file" because its a custom script mod. You can still bypass it though

The previous version worked for me, but this one, I don't know why, doesn't appear in the sim's pie menu or in the Saturday mod to choose the pose, but my sim does sleep in pose. You may have a conflict that has yet to be discovered. Check to see if the sleep override works without mods in and keep xml injector in. If it works, then its something in your folder causing the conflict

Thank you so much for the update! When I tried the earlier version, I wasn't able to see the sleep option on beds, even without other mods, but now I can actually see my sims use the poses! Oh, I also tried it with pancake1's cuddle mod to see what the conflict was, and it looks like the bed sheet covering the sim keeps disappearing and reappearing. Apart from that, there is a pie menu option allowing you to manually put into pancake's cuddle animation. I would love to keep both mods in my game - would it be possible to add compatibility with pancake1's mod in a future update?

hey, tinycoffeecups. thank you so much for your constant hard work to create these mods that add so much realism to the game. i am, unfortunately, working with an older version of the game. i don't know if that's the reason but i keep getting a better exception report that this mod is the issue. is there anyway anybody can help?

Hii. Just wanna tell you that there seems to be a UI glitch (at least on my end) regarding the Sleep Preferences. When I choose a preference for my Sim, a blank trait appears on their Simology Panel. And it kinda messes the traits UI on CAS and even on World Select (their first trait's logo are turning into a blank blue square). The only solution for it to return to normal is by removing the blank trait using UI Cheats but then their Sleeping Preference would also reset back to Random. I'd be happy to provide some screenshots but idk how to reach u apart from this comment section ;<

hey, I love what I see but I need help ! so, when I was trying to play with this mod recently I got a bag - no button to go sleep, and auto attempts to sleep maked my sims to T-pose SO as I read the description AFTER ( my bad ) and there is my suggestion, correct me if I'm wrong ! That one is discontinued. This is the only sleep override available
I love this mod so much but since I downloaded it (and taken out the older version) the option to sleep has vanished completely from the game. This could very well be some other mod I have (I do not have any of the listed mods for possible conflicts) but I just wanted to see if this has happened to anyone else.

Personally I haven't had any issues with my sims not sleeping all night with my override in. They usually sleep the whole sleep cycle before getting up . Lmk how it works for you so in the future i can see if i can make them compatible somehow

I've tried your mod today but for some reason, the animation is completely off the bed for some sims (like my sims body - while sleeping - isn't on the bed), it's in the air .

The prisoners are from my Lp called Redwood! Dean, our man reading the book is serving a sentence of 90 days for solicitation from a 'working woman' on native grounds in Henford, Sim Quinten minimum security prison. (The jail is so gross and sad for minimum security but perfect for storytelling)

No no pillow talk is it's own separate mod! I just added it with more bed overrides because i was giving you all more stuff for beds but its its own mod!
Its a great idea no doubt and well made. Unfortunately its in the main pie menu. It would be much better if such settings were in the debug menu to avoid cluttering the main pie menu with something we only rarely touch. Just saying.
It should not be in the main pie menu? Its a preference, when you click your sim that's the only place it should be? The bed poses also has its own menu?

If the sleep all night conflicts with this mod, then It wont work with both in.

random question, do we need to download the poses for this to work? also do you know what mods could conflict with this other than the Sleep all night mod?
So far no other mods have been reported as conflict but I'll always update it and let you all know what's conflicting! And no, poses are included! I just had to shout out the amazing pose creator!

Thank you so so much for this mod!! I deleted the old files and installed the new version but for some reason I’m not seeing the “change sleep pose,” when my sim is sleeping :( I can see the “sleep preference,” when she’s awake but clicking on a pose to save won’t also do anything. She keeps using the default position from the old version. I already deleted my cache and everything - I figured to reach out to check but it seems like I’m the only one having this issue 😫
Well seeing how all our games have different mods inside, there could be some conflict in yours. Try to make sure you don't have any conflicting bed mods in? I haven't had any of these issues unfortunately to know what could be causing this for you. If you do end up doing like a 50/50 please tell me what the conflict was!
Does the Pillow Talk Override carry over or is that not a part of this newer version?
Pillow talk was always a separate mod/ package so its still over on the older post. This is just sleep overrides here
does this mod interfere with the bed cuddle mod?
It does not. Though, when the sim comes to cuddle the sim will break out the animation to cuddle back. Might look funny for a couple seconds while they transition but no interference.
