We're Joining the CAP Consistency Challenge!
Hello all! Some of you might recall that we are part of Patreon's Creator Ambassador program, which allows us to beta test new features and lean on the Creator Ambassador community to improve our offerings to our community. For the next 12 weeks, they're running a challenge for ambassadors to, well, post consistently, specifically for free content, and we've decided to join!
Folks who manage to post 4x week on average have a chance to show up on the Patreon Times Square Billboard, which I think is pretty damn cool. So, until the end of November, we'll be posting more than usual!
What to expect:
Behind-the-scenes shots of the comic
Commentary on how we write scenes
Tag along with the process of making new designs
Art/sketches from the archive
New art I've been drawing
Updates on the comic as available
And so on
Ari and I are working hard on the script for the next scene, and that will continue to be our main focus. We want to make sure these pages are just right. This challenge just means you'll have some more to entertain you while you wait!
What kind of behind-the-scenes content do you guys want to see? I can't guarantee we'll get to any of it, but we'd love for you to inspire us!
P.S. For those worried: my health will still take first priority, and we're using this challenge to look into ways to provide content without adding work or stress to my plate. Thank you for your concern!

Can we see the making off of how the comic for the dream thing in foxglove was made? That cake sure looks delicious, and I'm wondering how the collab between characters owned by diferent comic creator works. Dunno if that comic counts as tamberlane content, but I'm not lossing anything by asking lol

I remember Ari said there was a plan for an april fools retool of the site where it was Kira, Cur, and Jonas takeover the site and tell everyone their side of things. Maybe resurrect that idea in some form

How cool and exciting! I second Third's suggestion; I'd love to hear some example discussions between you and Ari on how you work through a scene.

I'd love to hear an excerpt of what the back-and-forth between you two during a script writing meeting sounds like. Like, a five to ten minute clip of the two of you figuring out how you'll translate ideas to panel layouts or working out the kinks in a few lines of dialogue.
I would also love to know what stories, movies, shows etc inspired you guys in making Tamberlane
Could you do a literal, think sketch drawing, behind the scenes with the characters in the comic. Like this is just some TV show or movie and we see them out of character? Or just more sketch replies to readers questions
I do love behind-the-scenes candid stills of cartoon and comic book characters, I'll admit. Tiny sketches, etc.
