Cayt: I cannot tell you how hard Ari and I slaved over this sequence (and the ones to follow!) to make sure everything threaded together and hit the way we wanted to. Nothing is ever perfect, but we are VERY proud.

Talk about a cliffhanger!!! Oh!, and Kira's eyes in the last panel. I just hope nothing happens and we have to wait months for a resolution. I tend to get real invested when I find a well done web comic. Unfortunately, there have been times when an author has announced a 1 to 2 year hiatus to pursue other interests. Even worse when they simply abandon it without a word, never to be heard from again. I know things happen. I know of 3 or 4 authors that either passed or developed life altering conditions. So, here's praying for good health and fortune! 馃槆 馃檹

Omg, this stick sequence reminds me of one of my utter favourite internet comics growing up (Hellbound, unfortunately never completed - but preserved on the internet afaik) and I am living for it. ... Only Hellbound was less wholesome and more comical with its stick antics, lol. Gosh dang, Piper, she is ruling this scene! ETA: I haven't binged all of Tamberlane in some time, but.. for those who have the lore down: has ANYONE ever been to Abroad and come back? Or am I remembering right and.. no one *we know of* has? 馃槺
No-one that we know have has been and come back... and is admitting it, anyway. There have certainly been implications. Tamberlane came from somewhere, and she obviously didn't get here by herself at that she. The vaguely-shunned traders that showed up at the festival (book 3?) may do trade at least with some 'safe points' at the edges.
