Status Update on Tamberlane!

Don't worry, it's good news! I know it's been a bit while Ari and I have been cooking. We both took a break for the end of the holidays, but otherwise we've been hard at work on the script for the last month and change. Longer, if you include how long we worked on it while we were still finishing the last scenes!

The upcoming scenes are important so we really wanted to make sure we nailed them, and I'm happy to report the script is in a fantastically solid place. (It even made some beta readers cry! So, uh, you have that to look forward to!)

I've started preproduction, which means I've made some flats references (which unfortunately I cannot share with you yet). Our next steps:

• Take our script and break it down into pages

• Thumbnail the next sequence

• Paint the BGs needed for the next sequence

And then pages will officially recommence!! I'm so happy we had the time and space to be able to really make sure the next scenes shine, and I'm SO excited to get these scenes out to you!
