Shop News: EU, Sale, & Survey, Oh my!

Happy Thanksgiving, y'all! Now that the holidays are here, we have a handful of important and exciting announcements regarding our shop!

First: A Note on Health

Before we dive in, we figured it would be good to reassure everyone that .despite the big changes that have been made and that are going to be coming in the future, Caytlin will be making an effort to keep her workload light. Ari is taking on the primary merchandise management, with Caytlin focusing her shop attention almost entirely on drawing/designing the merch itself. So don’t worry, we’re taking great care to make sure this doesn’t put more work on her plate!

EU and Northern Ireland Orders are Reinstated!

We have fulfilled our GPSR duties and can once again mail packages out to our EU/NI folks! We're very excited to resume serving you. If you run into errors, please contact us at shop@tamberlanecomic.com and we will fix bugs as they pop up.

The Store has been REVAMPED!

The most obvious update to those who have shopped on the Tamberlane shop in the past is that it has been completely visually reworked. We may make more changes in the future, but our goal has been to make navigating the store easier and more convenient! It’s been such a long time since the shop was initially designed that we thought it was due for some TLC. If you notice anything off or confusing, feel free to let us know!

2025 Holiday Shipping & Sale

Here are the dates to keep in mind for the next month and change if you want to order some gifts for your buds this holiday — especially at a discount! Friday, November 28th - Monday, December 1st we will have a HOLIDAY SUPER SALE where everything is 20% off! That includes books, Tales from Treehollow, apparel — anything you can get from our shop! We almost never have sales this steep on every single item in our shop, so plan accordingly and pick up your gifts while they're cheap!

LAST CHANCE SALE! We are also going to be retiring most products from our shop, especially the Print-on-Demand items like shirts and mugs. Our Last Chance collection will be on sale for 20% off from November 28th until December 22nd. (NOTE: The Marie Random Acts of Kindness shirt, the Ainsley Stardust shirt, the Autumn Foxes shirt, and the Pride Flag shirt may come back in the future with revised designs.) December 2nd is the USPS holiday deadline for international shipments to arrive by December 25th. December 16th is the USPS holiday deadline for domestic (US) shipments to arrive by December 25th. December 22nd is the last day we will be open this year. We will be shutting down our shop during this period and sprucing it up for the new year. We aim to have it back up by January 10th but we'll see how life goes.

After the sale, we'll be releasing a merchandise survey which will be your opportunity to share your thoughts and wants for the future of the Tamberlane Shop and the kind of merch we sell, so be sure to keep an eye out for that!
