I feel like the next couple of pages has briar and the character she is talking to, with these two arguing in the background

So, a Bat as a Baker, a bat as a minstrel/singer, a Bat as something [whatever Vlad does if he appears in the comic]. This really makes me think that Treehollow was a Bat Colony in the beginning of its history.
