Progress Report 24-07

This is largely a follow-up from the last report. Since the Ep3 release, I've experience my slowest development period. I explained some of the reasoning why in my last report, but it can be summed up to many IRL burdens that wouldn't let me focus on TaH.

Throughout a majority of this period, my ability to make visuals wasn't impacted much, but my storytelling creativity didn't exist. And without these story elements, it is difficult to pose scenes that I am happy with. Even though I know all the major things that need to happen, creating the smaller plots/interactions were just not flowing easily from my brain to the screen.

Yes, there's a number of valid reasons why I've been slow. But for me, it's unacceptably slow. Fortunately, the one physical ailment (carpal tunnel, that I've also dealt with in the past) that has prevented me from doing much at all, should be getting better with the summer heat on the downtrend.

With some of my situations being sorted out, I'm finally entering a better position to ramp up my workload. In fact, just yesterday I might have had my most productive day since March. This is a good sign as it means the work is becoming more natural again.

I'm hoping to showcase some early previews next week. I don't have a good estimate on release yet, so all I can really say is "this year." Other than that I don't have much worthwhile to share as far as technical stuff, so I'll just continue to put my head down and get shit done.
