Dev Update 01/2026: Welcome to the Spring Hill Country Club!
Hey everyone!
I hope you all had a great start to the new year! Welcome to my very first Dev Update of 2026.
Today, I'm excited to give you a closer look at the brand-new location coming in V0.24: the "Spring Hill Country Club", where the rich and powerful meet.
You can find it at the top left of the world map.
As you'd expect from an exclusive club, gaining entry isn’t free. You'll either need to pay a substantial entrance fee or, if your Cerebral Skill is high enough, you might find a more "creative" way inside.
Once you're on the grounds, you'll have several areas to explore: the Terrace, the Bar, and, of course, the Golf Course.
The Golf Course gives you the chance to hit some balls and earn XP. In fact, golfing is highly rewarding—you'll earn three times as much XP as you would by studying in the College Library!
Inside the club's bar, you'll meet "Golden Gary," who has a brand-new minigame for you! You can play Texas Hold'em Poker with him. There are no limits and no fixed end; you can keep playing until you're cleaned out or you decide to walk away with your winnings.
Just like the Blackjack game on MC's computer, Poker is completely optional.
Speaking of Blackjack: I've given it a major overhaul! I've fixed several bugs (yes, Aces will actually appear now!) and added new features like "Double Down" to make the game more authentic.
The other areas of the club will primarily serve as meeting points for new characters. I will begin introducing these new characters in the next Dev Update!

Will skipping straight from ver21 to ver23 work, or will I need to d/l ver22 as well?
That should work without any problems.
Actually one would think that having certain amount a money / city estate they would try to invite You to the club themselves ... (of rich and influential)? Will not the hero try to consolidate His status? ... I like the question of 'Erebus' above ...!
Nice Country Club looks good, I have a question since you mentioned this Country Club in the last update I wonder if their are any plans on adding a Mayor of Spring Hill that we will corrupt and add to our Harem, and this gives us a chance to buy city proper and add them to our real estate profile
Currently, no, but it's an interesting idea and I'll keep it in mind!
