WIP - Ready this week: Ramped Deck for Machinery Hauls

For those of you who prefer more authentic looking gear, ive taken a break from my full-faring rollbacks, to make this ramped deck add-on for heavy machinery.

Inspired by a couple rigs i saw on the road in the past week, this baby will look great hauling diggers etc.

Couple refinements to make this game ready:

- some heavy machinery cargo for it

- integration w a few more accessories from vipers/haterbilt pack. (some have to be added separately in the defs for each accessory.

This will be available for other trucks once i have the main chassis running nice in game.
