Town of Passion - Beta 1.4.2 Release!

The latest build, Town of Passion Beta 1.4.2 is now available to the public for download on both Android and Windows devices!
This build adds a new Book of Tales event to the game; a summertime resort! Enjoy a nice vacation with some of the women of Valencia as the calm before the storm. After this build, the final bits of the story will start to finally take place.

Instructions to start the new event
There are two ways to start the event:
1- The intended way which requires crafting the Book of Tales page. The ability to get to this requires you to finish a large chunk of the game, however.
2- A temporary method. There's an NPC standing outside of your home in Valencia. He will automatically transport you to the new event no matter how far you are in the game. So if you start a new file, as long as you finish the first day, you can start the new content immediately.

If you played Beta 1.4 during the early release period, this latest build (1.4.2) adds a little more content as well so it may be worth trying out!
ANDROID: I've tried to make this message very clear up until the release but as a reminder, old Android saves (Before Beta 1.4) can not carry over with this build due to some technical issues. Once again, I apologize for this inconvenience but in the meantime, I have added a temporary shortcut to take you straight to the new event (NPC outside of your home) and I added a new cheat code that will max out your trainable stats.

Thank you all so much for your support! This build was an incredibly hectic one but I'm very happy with how it turned out in the end. And now, it's time to start focusing on finishing up the main story in Town of Passion! I'll see you all soon with more news and updates =D

In 1.4, summertime event, i can't find the chickens (Chicken Chase III). Mary says that they are at the other side of the island but i can't find any ways to go to the "other side of the islan". Please help :)
Siren, I don't know if somebody did it earlier, but i've managed to launch the Town of Passion on Linux! No wine and virtual machines included, hehe. For this there are two paths: 1) Easy with a Firefox browser (just feed the www/index.html page to it), but ihas it's limitations. Like saves are stored in firefox's internal storage and you cannot access them. Plus a launch in a private page makes the save last only the current firefox session... 2) The hardest and the cleanest. Strip an application which uses relatively the same version of nwjs and / or an appropriate js-game viewer, and slap it in the game's directory. I've got it working after many trials and errors and even managed to get through the Bosom Beach event! Hoping I didn't offend you or anybody by tinkering with your masterpiece. I just liked the game so much, I wanted to bring it live on my favourite platform :) Thus being said, I'd really would like to see an official Linux release, and I'm ready to help with it if necessary.
Hi man,after giving Haru the sakura flower and going with her to angels peak again,I have to pass a challenge,but Haru is bugged and I dont have another save file,I really dont want to repeat 4 hours of gameplay,there´s any way to reset the challenge?No matter how many times I give up and try the next day,haru´s shadow is still bugged at the left part of the puzzle
Siren what is the cheat code? Because im playing on android and techincally all my saves are lost.
by challenging Mary at the pool I had the mistake " Uncaught TypeError : cannot read property 'width' of null"
I also dont have any previous versions.
For some reason, when I try to install the game it says, "app not installed" and that's it. I'm on android.

If you had a previous copy of Town of Passion on your phone you have to completely erase it first. Normally this isn't necessary but there were some complications porting this build over

Will you be posting this online anywhere like gamecore? I have a mac and its the only way I can figure out how to play your games. Thanks!
I don't have plans to publish the game on a browser as the scenes are pretty intense and don't seem to function well through that method. I'm hoping to create a Mac build towards the end of the game's final build. Hopefully sooner if things go smooth with that haha

HI there great work! however I have a question I don't see an npc to access the beach and I'm a bit stuck how to you craft thr book of tails page to access the new content? thx
The NPC should be standing by the chickens outside of your home. If you'd rather craft the page, you need lvl 3 Passion to unlock a special ability from Minerva and then you can find the charm.
For some reason I just can't find thew third chicken

Hey, thanks for always doing a great job. I am having problems with Mary's storyline were the second Chicken quest won't trigger for some reason. I did use the max stats cheat (since I am doing Windows now, have a 100% on mobile) and also used the NPC for the new event, I have also completed Roselyn and Raylene's questline. Mary just keeps hitting me with the "I can't help u with ur prob, so go help around the village."
Also, when it rains and you exit through NPC, the rain effect stays into the Mansion.

Correct. Just two fully animated scenes! These ones took a little bit longer since they involve 3 people ;)
The changelog says 16 Summer 1on1 overworld scenes, but I only get one for every character, how do I unlock the others?
There is a secret ticket you can unlock later on in the event which will grant access to the rest of the sprite scenes =)
Hey how do you actually end the beach event. I got upto the extra tickets and scenes but no other prompts after that?
Depending on how you started the event there should either be a red rift or an NPC on the far right side of the beach!
When I talk to Mary on vacation to trigger the third chicken chase, the sign post doesn't let me go anywhere.
Never mind, apparently it only works if you have someone in your party.
Please add bust Flower Girl , how long you will ignore her. And add small scene with drunk Mary in bed.

so where can i find the shell charm? is it on the beach somewhere cause i can't find it. maybe i just suck at looking for it but i have no idea where to find it
When you hit Passion level 3, you can talk to Minerva again and she'll give you a new ability. Once you have this ability, it should hopefully guide you a little better as far as where to look ;) (If you want the answer: The whirlpool just south of Raylene's Tavern)
Looking forward to finding out t what that chest and dress do up in the attic at marys house, and the two dors at the hotel thats still locked
I'm a little confused! Since I have this game on android, I had to delete my original save file. Do I need to fully complete the game to finish the summer event? I'm a little lost as well because I have no idea where to find the cheat code to max my stats

The cheat rock is south of the MC's house as well. Interact with it 3/4 times and then type in LokiKiss when it asks you for a password to get max stats.

As long as she's in the right outfit (apron/no outfit), interact with her during midday!
